BudgetAir = NO GO. BudgetAir heeft een ontzettend teleurstellende klantenservice. 4x ticket geboekt van AMS-AGP. Online inchecken werkte niet bij Vueling dus belde ik in eerste instantie Vueling op. Vueling verstrekte mij informatie over bagage van 25 kilo ieder de man, maar kon mij helaas niet inchecken.
